Features Ibanez AEQ-TTS preamp w/Onboard Tuner The small and simple preamp has only two control knobs, volume and shape. This at-a-glance tone control offers natural acoustic sound in the center position. It allows players to adjust the tone easily and enables them to go from low, fat and powerful tones to a bright and crisp sound while adjusting only one knob. A new easy-to-read onboard tuner with LCD(liquid crystal display) is located on the preamp. Laurel fretboard The Laurel fretboard provides a rich and warm tone. Laurel bridge The Laurel bridge transfers string vibration directly to the body, delivering a natural and warm tone. Nyatoh neck The Nyatoh neck provides a rich mid-low end. Okoume back and sides The Okoume back and sides generate a woody, warm tone when the guitar is played softly or finger-picked and provide punchy high-mids with a clear projection when strummed. Ibanez Advantage™ bridge pins These pins really are an advantage over old-fashioned pins. Advantage™ pins are easier to take out and easier to put in than standard pins. A special bulb-shaped end makes the pin easy to grip and also prevents the pin from being pushed in too far. Best of all, with Advantage™ the pin and string stay put.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Standard Returns & Restocking Fees

We accept returns within 30 days if you change your mind. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. All change-of-mind returns (including new gear, used/vintage items, and sale items) are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your guitar gear arrives defective, your vinyl record is warped, or a used item fails to meet our description, we will fully cover the return shipping costs and issue a 100% refund or exchange with no restocking fees applied. Please contact us immediately at sales@grassrootsmusicstore.com.

Return Authorization
To complete your return, you must contact our sales department via email or phone for an RMA return authorization number. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds & Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@grassrootsmusicstore.com.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@grassrootsmusicstore.com and mail your item to: Grass Roots Music Store, 1045 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.
