Designed in collaboration with legendary guitarist John Jorgenson, the Takamine J325SRC-12 was built with one goal in mind: exceptional sonic versatility. Known for his mastery across multiple genres, Jorgenson required a 12-string that could deliver power, clarity, and nuance in equal measure.

This dreadnought-style 12-string features a solid spruce top paired with Takamine’s innovative Wonder Rosewood back and sides, producing a rich, expansive tone with deep low-end authority and a shimmering upper-midrange that cuts through with articulation and clarity. Elegant visual touches—including an ivory-colored ABS binding, a gloss red finish, gold tuners, and a distinctive JJ inlay at the 12th fret—complete the package.

Equipped for the stage and studio alike, the J325SRC-12 includes Takamine’s CTF-2N preamp system with onboard controls and a built-in chromatic tuner, making it a powerful and reliable performance instrument.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Standard Returns & Restocking Fees

We accept returns within 30 days if you change your mind. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. All change-of-mind returns (including new gear, used/vintage items, and sale items) are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your guitar gear arrives defective, your vinyl record is warped, or a used item fails to meet our description, we will fully cover the return shipping costs and issue a 100% refund or exchange with no restocking fees applied. Please contact us immediately at sales@grassrootsmusicstore.com.

Return Authorization
To complete your return, you must contact our sales department via email or phone for an RMA return authorization number. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds & Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@grassrootsmusicstore.com.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@grassrootsmusicstore.com and mail your item to: Grass Roots Music Store, 1045 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.
