The Dual CS 618Q is a premium manual direct-drive turntable built for precise, quiet playback and everyday ease of use. This Piano Black Gloss version pairs Dual's quartz-stabilized direct-drive system with a heavy die-cast aluminum platter and the factory-installed Ortofon 2M Blue moving-magnet cartridge.

The twin-gimbal tonearm uses four pivot ball bearings for smooth, accurate tracking. At the end of a record, the CS 618Q can automatically lift the tonearm and stop the motor, while still retaining the hands-on operation of a manual turntable. Electronic speed selection provides 33⅓, 45 and 78 RPM playback.

A removable headshell makes cartridge changes straightforward, while continuously adjustable anti-skating and a 0–4 g stylus-pressure range allow proper setup. The MDF plinth, elastomer-damped feet, heavy rubber mat and shielded coreless direct-drive motor are designed to keep unwanted vibration and motor noise away from the music.

Buy-and-Try Returns

Sorry, we do not offer a “buy-and-try” program. If a guitar is purchased, used for evaluation, and then returned simply because it is not the right fit, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

In addition, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact our sales dept. for a RMA return auth number. Our staff can be contacted via email or phone. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unless the USED item fails to meet description, or is lost or damaged in shipping, USED items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
