The Ibanez Bass Workshop SRH500F in Natural Browned Burst Flat is a fretless semi-hollow bass designed to combine the expressive feel of a fretless instrument with a warm, acoustic-inspired voice. Its spruce top and Okoume body maximize natural resonance, while the 55mm-thick semi-hollow construction keeps the bass comfortable and responsive.

The SRH4 five-piece Jatoba/Walnut neck is strong and stable, with a contoured heel for easy upper-register access. A bound Panga Panga fingerboard provides a smooth playing surface, and the wide forearm contour makes the body comfortable whether you play seated or standing.

At the heart of the SRH500F is Ibanez’s AeroSilk Piezo system. The custom AeroSilk bridge works with D’Addario ECB81 flatwound strings to produce an airy, upright-inspired character. Piezo volume and active tone controls provide simple adjustment, while individual trim pots on the rear panel let you balance the output of each string.

Buy-and-Try Returns

Sorry, we do not offer a “buy-and-try” program. If a guitar is purchased, used for evaluation, and then returned simply because it is not the right fit, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

In addition, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact our sales dept. for a RMA return auth number. Our staff can be contacted via email or phone. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unless the USED item fails to meet description, or is lost or damaged in shipping, USED items cannot be returned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
