The Ibanez AZ2204B combines Japanese Prestige craftsmanship with versatile electronics and a comfortable playing feel. Its alder body and Seymour Duncan Hyperion HSS pickups deliver balanced tones, from clear single-coil sounds to full humbucker leads. The dyna-MIX9 switching system offers nine sound variations through a five-way selector and Alter switch.

The S-TECH roasted maple neck and fingerboard feature an AZ Oval C profile, 22 jumbo stainless steel frets, and Prestige fret edge treatment for smooth playability. A Gotoh T1802 tremolo and Gotoh Magnum Lock tuners support precise adjustment and dependable performance.

Buy-and-Try Returns

Sorry, we do not offer a “buy-and-try” program. If a guitar is purchased, used for evaluation, and then returned simply because it is not the right fit, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

In addition, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact our sales dept. for a RMA return auth number. Our staff can be contacted via email or phone. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unless the USED item fails to meet description, or is lost or damaged in shipping, USED items cannot be returned.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
