The Dual CS 529 is a premium fully automatic belt-drive turntable that combines serious analog performance with modern wireless convenience. Designed for listeners who want high-quality vinyl playback without sacrificing ease of use, the CS 529 offers fully automatic start and stop operation, Bluetooth connectivity, smartphone control, and the acclaimed Ortofon 2M Red cartridge.

At the heart of the CS 529 is a precision-regulated belt-drive system with optical speed control. The DC motor is vibration-isolated from the chassis, while a precision-cut belt and die-cast aluminum platter help provide stable, accurate playback with low wow and flutter. Electronic speed selection provides playback at 33⅓, 45, and 78 RPM.

The CS 529 features Dual's precision twin-gimbal tonearm with four pivot ball bearings for smooth, accurate tracking. All tonearm functions can be operated automatically or manually, giving you the convenience of one-touch playback without sacrificing the control expected from a serious hi-fi turntable. The removable headshell also makes cartridge changes and upgrades easy.

Factory-fitted with the Ortofon 2M Red moving-magnet cartridge, the CS 529 delivers an open, dynamic sound with excellent detail and tracking ability right out of the box.

One of the CS 529's standout features is Bluetooth 5.2 with aptX HD. Vinyl audio can be transmitted wirelessly to compatible Bluetooth speakers, headphones, or audio systems, while Bluetooth connectivity also allows remote operation of the turntable from a smartphone or tablet.

A built-in switchable phono preamp adds even more flexibility. Connect the CS 529 directly to an amplifier, receiver, powered speakers, or other equipment with a standard line-level input, or bypass the internal preamp when using a dedicated phono stage.

The substantial MDF plinth incorporates a vibration-damped subchassis, rubber damping elements, and large elastomer feet to help isolate the platter and tonearm from unwanted vibration. A removable dust cover is included.

Buy-and-Try Returns

Sorry, we do not offer a “buy-and-try” program. If a guitar is purchased, used for evaluation, and then returned simply because it is not the right fit, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

In addition, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact our sales dept. for a RMA return auth number. Our staff can be contacted via email or phone. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unless the USED item fails to meet description, or is lost or damaged in shipping, USED items cannot be returned.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
