Peavey 6505 MH 20-Watt Tube Guitar Amplifier Head

The Peavey 6505 MH delivers the high-gain character of the 6505 series in a compact, portable tube head. Its all-tube preamp and power section use three 12AX7/ECC83 preamp tubes and two EL84 power tubes, producing powerful rhythm tones and saturated leads.

Two channels follow the gain structure and voicing of the full-size 6505, with shared three-band EQ, reverb, and an effects loop. Selectable 20-, five-, and one-watt settings let you adjust output for practice, recording, and performance.

For direct recording, the MSDI microphone-simulated XLR output includes a ground-lift switch. A built-in resistive load and speaker-defeat function support silent operation without a connected speaker cabinet, while the headphone output provides private monitoring.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Standard Returns & Restocking Fees

We accept returns within 30 days if you change your mind. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. All change-of-mind returns (including new gear, used/vintage items, and sale items) are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your guitar gear arrives defective, your vinyl record is warped, or a used item fails to meet our description, we will fully cover the return shipping costs and issue a 100% refund or exchange with no restocking fees applied. Please contact us immediately at sales@grassrootsmusicstore.com.

Return Authorization
To complete your return, you must contact our sales department via email or phone for an RMA return authorization number. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds & Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing times vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@grassrootsmusicstore.com.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@grassrootsmusicstore.com and mail your item to: Grass Roots Music Store, 1045 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ 08226, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.
